At Skills Transfer Institute of South Africa (NPC) (STIOSA), all partners share a burning passion to empower our fellow South Africans. Our focus is on Entrepreneurs, and a desire to promote Entrepreneurship as a viable career choice Through this we believe that small business will continue to grow as the backbone of the economy.
Our Programs
STIOSA offers a range of programs designed to empower entrepreneurs and small businesses. Our programs are tailored to provide verifiable solutions to Corporate Entities that wish to promote and grow SMME's as part of their Enterprise or Supply Chain Development initiatives.
Business Training and Skills Workshops
Formalized Training and Skills development forms a large and very important part of the STIOSA approach to entrepreneurial and SMME development. STIOSA has developed in-house facilitated workshops that are short, practical and to the point.
Incubation
Entrepreneurs complete the 6 or 12-month incubation programs and will gain practical skills, theoretical and practical knowledge.
Mentorship
Entrepreneurs are matched with a skilled mentor for a period of 6 to 18 months. during this time one-on-one sessions are sued to improve the overall skillset of the entrepreneur as well as improving all facets of the business.
Community Engagement and Youth Development
STIOSA has created various programs that are focused to identify the diamonds in the dust in any community. These programs are designed to cater to large groups or small intensive sessions.
Occupational Health and Safety Training
STIOSA created a 2 day workshop aimed at improving the knowledge of safety in the workplace for all SMME's. This workshop is designed to drastically reduce the chances of any injuries that employees may suffer.
Consulting and Support
STIOSA's consulting and support services are available to create programs that fit the need of the Corporate Investor. Our programs are designed to deliver verifiable results and assist companies to improve BBBEE certification.
